Challenge Info

Are you struggling to find a solution to your weight problems, or you want to lose a few CMs, or you want to build some lean muscle, or you want to improve your fitness levels, Champs Boot Camp Challenges are your answer!  To achieve results, we focus on 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.  We provide health coaching to make nutritional improvements.  NOTE: All our sessions are outdoors.

WHO IS THE BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE FOR?

All ages, and all fitness levels.  The exercises are designed to burn FAT and are time-based so you compete with YOURSELF!!  Best of all we make it fun!  It’s for anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life.  Whether you have over 100kgs to lose, or you are working to fight off the last 5kgs.  Maybe you are wanting to lean-up, build muscle and get stronger… or maybe you are someone who genuinely wants to start living a healthier lifestyle! No matter who you are…the Boot Camp Challenge is for you!  You just have to take that first step and commit to it!   

 

The  classes are held twice a week in the evenings.  We have a new Challenge starting every Monday.  Please visit our Venues page for more details and to register.  We will have one activity (outdoor activity e.g. hiking, extreme beach workout etc) per month on a Saturday morning.  If you’re ready to:
